Toolkit for policy-makers, including a training module. It is an organised body of knowledge in the domains of the local policy making and adult education.
The Toolkit represents the Intellectual Output 3 of the project. The Toolkit shall contain resources such as operational examples and cases, guidelines, good practices and glossary to enhance the understanding, adoption and integration of EU priorities, strategies and programmes as well as national strategies based thereof in the field of Policy Making for AE. IO3 responds to the need to bridge the gap between EU policies and their reception at Local/Regional level.
The main targets of the Toolkit are:
- Policy makers at the local / regional layer of governance, tasked with policy formulation and programmes on education, adult, social policy
- Participants in the Adult Education ecosystem, primarily providers (formal and non-formal, small and large, public and private) and learners
- Stakeholders of public policy and adult education / lifelong learning (research community, academia, public agencies)
- Civic society in general
